Synerva CBD Oil Review!

I don’t think its any secret that I think cannabis can be a great help for some people with certain mental health issues, and though I’m no scientist, I think its becoming more and more clear that the CBD in cannabis is what helps. This means that when Synerva offered to send me some of their oil to give a go, I jumped at the chance! As always, although I got sent the item for free all opinions given in this post are 100% my own and I don’t see any point in lying, so lets get into the review!

The oil came really well packaged with a little slip with instructions on when to take it, two drops every morning and night, so thats what I did. I don’t know if it actually kicked in as quickly as it felt it did, but with in a couple of days I felt a lot more upbeat and positive. Of course, it hasn’t ‘cured’ my depression but I’ve been using this oil for just over a month now I think, and my depression is definitely a lot lighter.

I feel like my depression is lighter mostly because I’ve been going out and doing things more often, eating better and exercising more, but I’ve felt able to do these things because my anxiety is so reduced. Like, unbelievably so. I could honestly cry while writing this because I can not believe how much this oil has helped my anxiety. It’s still there, but I feel like its more of a normal level now, the kind of anxiety that has a reason and I can take a breath and work through it rather than the ‘I feel so anxious I can’t breath and I don’t know why’.


I’ve been able to do my weekly food shop, I went to see my favourite band in a huge stadium, I’ve met some new people to put together my own band, I’ve been out for quiet drinks in the pub, all things that are normal but I either couldn’t do or really struggled with, and I’ve done it all with minor anxiety and (for the most part) had a great time.

I don’t want to put this across as a miracle, its worked amazingly for me but different people need different things and I couldn’t even begin to guess how this will work for you. I would whole heartedly recommend giving it a go though, not just for mental health but also for chronic pain. As with anything of this nature, do some research first and figure out if its for you, and if you think it might help I encourage you to go for it! If it helps even a little bit its fully worth it, and if it works for you as well as it does for me it could really help you out!
